So a blog – isn’t this all a bit 2005? Maybe so. So what.
I’d been kicking ideas around in my head for 30 years – I love music and bands and gigs – I can’t sing (I think I can), I couldn’t play any instruments but over the years I’ve bought a lot of records and listened to tons of music. Seen loads of bands and met some great people which I continue to do.
Lockdown has had a strange affect on people – I’m mostly a lazy git and coupled with a fear of failure I just did nothing. Until now.
Last week after being involved in a Twitter discussion, coupled with great concerns about how bands can survive during this crazy period of no social contact – Gigs were done for now, I wanted to do my bit, give some support, get stuff out of my head – share stuff, involve people have a laugh. It may not be big or clever but its something.
